Trades/Maintenance- HOTEL MAINTENANCE Morey's Resorts is seeking a motivated individual for general maintenance of its hotel properties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: plumbing, small electrical, motor exchanges and repair, HVAC, some painting and carpentry. Winter work includes disassembling rooms, completing punch lists, construction and renovation of rooms and reassembling them. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, ability to plan projects and lead a team, basic computer knowledge and excellent customer service & communication skills. Prior maintenance experience required; hotel/resort experience is a plus. Individuals must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays and weekends; 6 days per week may be required in season. Must have valid drivers license, be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs. Full time, benefited position.
