Restaurant- CHEF Joe's Fish Co. is looking for a Chef. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to running the day to day operations of a full service kitchen: working the line, ordering, scheduling, training, maintaining quality control & consistency. Individuals must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Individuals must be able to work 65-75 hours per week, flexible hours, including days, nights and weekends. Food service management experience a must.
